Oh, how I will miss those late summer nights. There is nothing like having a bonfire and making s'mores at the beach or staying up late for movies and board games. We will also miss Summer days enjoying the beach, going swimming, having picnics, BBQs and going to the water parks.
On the bright side, I sure am looking forward to some cooler weather and some much needed rain. This has been one of the worst drought years that we have experienced, so I sure hope to get some in the near future.
With the cooler weather coming, I'll get to use my Crock Pot again and make those comfort foods that everyone wants. Don't you just love the aroma that lingers throughout your house?
